First pic of my new project !!!

I started it yesterday afternoon! I am having fun stitching that one: no backstitch! No even one on the mouse's eyes Cool You can see the finished picture just by scrolling down. I already did the heart and I'm almost done on the little pink box. I chose to stitch it on a 32 count white lugana. I hope to finish it before the baby's birth Now, I'm wondering what to stitch next. Of course, if you check my stash in my gallery, you know I'm not without projects... ( I'm just pretending to be ashamed )

I hope a lot of people got curious and check the commercial on You Tube.

Last night, I mainly did the backstitch on the bear. It has less than a Me to you bear. It was relaxing because it is such a small project. (otherwise I hate backstitching ...) Thanks for those who gave me their opinion in the sun (with a special thanks to Karen ) I'm going to make it a little higher. I think they put it so close to the bear because of the way they framed it. I need you again (Karen, are you ready? ) Do you think I should stitch the water under the bear? I don't know what to do because my fabbie is golden yellow. Will it look weird with some light blue?

EDIT: I also thought it could be the shadow but in blue? It doesn't look weird in blue?

This bear is so sweet it. I like looking at it. I am now wondering if I should stitch the sun like they did it or if I should stitch it a little bit higher than they did . You need to scroll down to see the original picture. So what do you think?

I got my answer from HP yesterday. The guy gave the procedure I need to follow to fix my scanner problem: boy, I think I need to go back to the university to do a master in computer science I guess for someone who knows something about computers, it's very clear but for me: it's like chinese I'll do that when I'll be alone and not busy. I have to download something on my local disc ... well, where is my local disc??? Alot of fun in the making as you can see But I have my own technician to follow my progress (poor guy, if only he knew how dumb I can be with computers, he will quit his job right away )

Sombrero

I'm working on the sombrero right now. There is some backstitches to do on the bear but like the project is small, I can easily leave it to the end. I'm trying to work by color. I'm half way done with the hat !!! I think it's going to be completed by the end of the week which is nice and relaxing.

Yesterday, my headache was under control very fast so I was able to stitch but I'm not reasonable as I tend to go to bed close to midnight.

I found this video on the net (it's like you tube) It's a video made by art students. It's very well done. You need to watch until the end. Those students are very talented.

Today the weather is foggy and rainy ! How can we have both at the same time?

Look at my great progress!!! Isn't it nice to progress that fast? I'm almost done: I still need to stitch the sombrero and do the backstitch. Here you can see the right color of my fabric. Then, I'll move on to the next project: the Vervaco. I have a slight problem with my Vervaco kit: they delivered it in the wrong packaging ... I don't have the original packaging but a thin plastic bag. I want to sell my half full kit after I finish it so I have to return it. I already did the copy of the chart and I'm going to check for the DMC colors. Like that I can start with my own threads and I will sell the full kit.

I have a migraine tonight because I went to help a friend to do the inventory of her store. She has a news stand - book store. I counted a lot of stuffs : postcards, stationery, pens and so on ... Emma was jealous because she has a lot of Diddl's stuffs in her store .
