I think I won another world competition !!!

Ohmommy challenged us to show what strange stuffs our cave men husbands brought home (but first, you really need to see what she's going to have in her living room wall !!! ). But I feel, I'm going to win the world's competition once again ....

Because for me it's this bludgeon and I'm not kidding (actually I don't even know the real name of that thing ... )
Detail (wonderful wood reproduction of the real thing ):
I couldn't believe it when it brought it home.
This is how the conversation went:
I asked: "what did you buy this hiddeous thing?"
Chuy: "I didn't buy it, the guy gave it to me!"
Me " Of course, he GAVE it you, he must have been so happy to get rid of it ! But why in the world did you take it? "
Chuy: "well, I like it !"
Well, I like hot guys but I don't bring them home ...

So Madame Ohmommy, do we have a winner here or should I pack the bludgeon and ship it to you to display next to the barracuda? You may even start a museum

Now I hurt my knee bringing it from the basement where the hiddeous thing went back right after our photo session !!! Don't tell Chuy: I didn't mention to him that the whole internet will think he's weird

And for those who want to make sure, Sid is really gone and has evolved in a squirrel, here is a pic :

You may want to go over Virpy's blog who just got a baby boy !!! Congratulations Virpy !!!!

Teehee... you are right!

My kids don't behave well in museums. LOL. I can only imagine what would happen here with that in our house.

Too funny.

That is seriously weird! I'd say you're a winner. ;)

That is an .... unusual item. I'd be helping it find a way into the rubbish bin if my hubby bought it home.

Great stitching progress.

That is hilarious! I don't know what I would do if my husband brought home something like that. We already have dragons everywhere so mayba that would fit the collections after all! :D:D

Wow! Definitely a winner in that category!

Your squirrel is looking so cute!

OMG... I guess it shouldn't surprise me that Chuy would bring that thing home (after all the other tales you've told about his gift giving choices). LOL, I'm still shaking my head wondering "What was he thinking?" Oh, maybe you could mount it on the wall above the fireplace! Squirelly looks cute :)

Sorry, but one large weapon stored in the basement doesn't win. A collection wins. Better to have a cute squirrel.

Nice! I think you should mount it over the fireplace or perhaps prop it in the corner of the bedroom. You're a lucky girl! ; )

That actually looks like something to be mounted over the head of the bed! Just kidding. I knew a lady once whose husband wanted to mount the head of a moose over their bed. I'll never understand that. Your squirrel looks adorable.
