I had to start the flowers last night. I have done most of the big part of blues in the little boy's outfit. I am working on the flower garland that will go until the bottom of the design. 
Last night I stitched the little boy's back. I think I made good progress. I'm trying to stitch color by color in order to have the feeling I'm progressing fast. I made copies of my chart at my mom's

) This afternoon, I'm thinking about stitching as I feel rather sleepy and don't have enough energy to clean !!! The painters are cleaning the building walls with a Karcher so they are making a lot of noise (which it's bad because I have the kind of headache I have when I lack sleep...) Tomorrow afternoon, they are going to cut off the water which make me worry: we always had problem when they cut off the water in the building ... 
It would be nice if they will stay more than 2 days but honestly I don't feel excited ... 
I feel they come for a visit like if we live close to each other ... I'm very dispointed for Chuy who gets depressed sometimes ...
I keep working on the little girl's dress but without the backstitching, it looks strange. I don't complain too much as I don't have to change the colors all the time on her dress. I plan to do the backstitch this afternoon as my mom has invited us for lunch. Kids don't have school on wednesdays. I always get bored over there so I'll bring my angels and see if I can stitch a lot during Esteban's nap.

The truth is I didn't know what to write ... 
So it is the second day of back to school. Pierre got a new friend: that's the good news! The bad news is that there are 30 in his classroom 
I think it is going to be hard for him to study this year ... I'll try to help him but when I work I don't have time and they do their homeworks at school. When you know it is a Montessori kind of school ... I think we are far away from Maria Montessori's pedagogy with 30 students in one classroom... 
She had to learn 5 words and of course, she already knew them ... She's a truly amazing learner who is lucky to have a huge memory . We knew she was going to be very smart when she started repetiting words at 9 months old!
ALL DAY ! 
They had a put a diaper during nap time ... which of course was huge when he woke up ... And he still doesn't want to talk to them 
This morning, you had to have a great ear to hear him say hi ... One caregiver told him it is normal and to give him time ... 
I think I read somewhere for the price of one liter of ink, you could buy a big diamond ... But I bought it (the ink, not the diamond 
) I stopped by H & M where I found a pair of pants for Steb. While I was waiting for my turn to pay, I heard a girl saying behind me: " now, I eat either at lunch time or in the evening ..." That kind of comments made me think she is close to anorexia. But who could blame young girls to want to be thin as in H & M, you find mainly XS or S sizes ... 
Last night, I made some progress in the pink bow. I am not sure you'll see the progress as the colors are so pale in comparison of what I see. You always need to imagine the original darker than it is. I hope to stitch more tonight. It is already 2.39 pm. Should I stitch or clean before I pick up Steb at 3.30 ? Yes, I'll clean up 
I know I should be ashamed Esteban is now going back to daycare full time. This morning he wanted to pee but didn't do anything in the little cute toilets they have over there! And when we arrived, they were going outside to play so I think he may have peed in his pants ... We'll see this afternoon if he did good or not ... On the other hand, Emma was thrilled: she has new pens, pencils and markers and a new SCHOOL BAG! I even surprised her with some scented pens Emma is sooo sweet, she deserved it 
! Well, time to get them for lunch !!! 
I didn't post yesterday because my progress was invisible, except for me of course ... I had stitched though but with all the different half cross stitches, it seemed I had made no progress at all. So depressing ... We agreed with Chuy that I won't be able to finish it by september 14 th and that we'll mail it to Lourdes later. Yesterday, I stitched during Esteban's nap AND at night which is something I hadn't done in days. So here is the progress. I have to work down the pattern because I'm out of color ink and can't make a working copy of the left part of the chart. I try to color the part I'm stitching to not get too lost but I still get lost as i don't color regularly ... Then I don't know where I am in the chart as there are so many symbols that look similar ... Remind me to stay away from Dimensions charts for a while Thanks ! 
As I keep stitching on the angels, my mind wanders thinking at what I could be stitching I'm actually dreaming of a Lanarte or whatever is fun and easy to stitch. I could start something else but I'm too afraid that if I start something new, I'll give up on the angels. If it was not a gift, I may have already started something else ... I see many stitchers having 2 or 3 projects at the same time and I used to be one of those. And I used to not finished them. Now, I don't trust myself: if I stop a project, I know I may not go back on it ... he will go to speech therapy every wednesday at 9.30.

I found my mistake last night! 
Remember me to not stitch while watching Cold Case I feel better because it is in the shading area between the 2 angels. Now I am wondering if it is not too dark that purple over there ... 
Oh and I am now wondering if I realy had a mistake in the pink area ... I'll find out later. I was happy last night to find what was my mistake and to not have to frog a lot
