We have a winner !!!!

I couldn't blog last night because I had a meeting at the kids' school. The meeting was disappointing: few people came. I guess it's the same in every school but I feel it's always the same people who go to the meetings ...

I frogged one part of the little girl face this morning and tonight I may stitch it again ... So I keep stitching happily my snowmen ! Thanks to all who played the game and searched the internet to find the pattern. And we do have a winner !!! Andie is the first who found the kit: Snow family by Bobbie G Design.

Isn't it cute? I love the vivid colors and their happy faces. The scarf is not easy to stitch ( a lot of change of colors ) I first bought the Dimensions kit then I saw that one and suddendly the Dimensions kit was not attractive anymore ... Here are my progress:

Like always: backstitching makes all the difference.

Yesterday, I got great mail: my issue of the World of cross stitching with a cute Sarah Kay pattern:

I'm planning on stitching the Sarah Kay for Emma on a Silkweaver fabric (that's why I bought these small odds and ends lately !!! They are perfect for the patterns from the magazines. )

Snow Family is adorable!! Love the mag. :)

And... Yes, I'm developing quite the biceps. I don't think I've ever worked so hard in my life! Killing two birds with one stone... aerobic activity -and- strength training!! LOL

What a nice start. It's fun to stitch something that smiles back at you.

Also, thanks for your kind encouragement.
