Easter report

Thanks for your comments on the day that almost didn't happen yesterday !

Easter was a nice and relax day. We were invited at my mom's house for lunch and eggs hunt. The kids had a lot of fun searching for the hidden treasures in my mom's garden where they are a lot of places to hide stuffs.

Emma was very happy to get a High school musical mug.

I managed to get a picture where the three of them look their best !!! (actually, I took 4 to get one good one )

We took advantage of the day to celebrate Steb's birthday (it was about time ) at my grand'ma's house (she didn't want to join us for lunch because she says going out makes her very tired now.) My mom bought my favorite cake: a strawberry cake to die for ( and you know what? I brought the leftover hoooooooooome !!! )

We celebrated also my dad's birthday: he turned 66 years old and got an easter cake.

I love this picture of Steb who really really loved his DS game: carnival.

Steb didn't really liked his strawberry cake but as soon as he saw my grand ma's cookie box, he brought the box to a safer spot: close to him

And I couldn't resist showing you my grand ma's cherry tree full of flowers.

So you are curious to know where we are going tomorrow? We are going to one of the most visited city in the world? Do you know which one? Yes? No? We are going to ....................................... Paris !!!! Chuy needs to renew his passport because instead of taking a 10 years passport, he had chosen one that lasted only 5 years. Not a very smart choice so here we are, spending money in a time when we should save and spend the least possible ... We are taking the kids with us and we are planning to go see the Eiffel tower (but not visit it) and maybe see Montmartre, the famous place with all the painters. I'll take some pictures to share the visit with you guys !

Those cakes look delicious, I'm starving. The tree is beautiful. Wonder if you could get that picture turned into a cross stitch to work on for the next few years... no wait, too much green
