More progress ...

Yep I did stitch last night. I guess I'm getting used to my new routine again. I still need to adjust in the morning because I feel lonely and won't allow myself to stitch (I don't know why, for me mornings should be devoted to cleaning ... )

Beware: fall is coming !!! Leaves are falling down already I couldn't believe the truck from the city was blowing the leaves away ... Usually, when we go back to school, we still have one week of nice and sunny weather (for us to adjust ) but this year, rain and wind compete to who will win No winner so far ...

beautiful stitching : ) I know what you mean about having a routine. I try to get cleaning/errands in am and usually don't get around to stitching until after the evening meal

I'm the same - I feel guilty stitching during the day, because there's always something else I should be doing (cleaning, laundry, de-cluttering...). But I don't have the same guilt at night after the girls have gone to bed...

But after the cleaning job I did on the house today (dusted the whole house, vacuumed the whole house, and mopped the hard floors), I'm ready to sit and stitch. :-) That's enough chores for now...until time to fix dinner for the hungry masses...

Isn't fall great? Your project is just beautiful!

I've always thought mornings were for cleaning too. Sometimes it doesn't happen that way though.
Your progress is great, looks very pretty

Fall is my favorite time of year. We are experiencing a very warm 'first week of school' here. I'm sure this is the nicest week we've had all summer.

When I was working part time and the girls were in school all day I would do all my cleaning and then stitch. I'm still that way. The house has to be clean for me to stitch guilt-free throughout the day time.

Lovely stitching. That's my daily routine too, housework in the morning then stitching at night.

Beautiful stitching! You still might have that nice weather even if the leaves fall. I love those crispy autumn mornings (hopefully) with beautiful sunshine.

Checked the weather in Utah on Tuesday - SNOW! In August. Global warming?

Beautiful stitching. My, those green leaves really set off those flowers beautifully. Great job!

Sound like you just live down the street from me by the description of an early fall.

Mornings are devoted to house cleaning for me too, Chiloe... and it seems to take much longer than I like, LOL weekdays with no kids is a good thing, trust me (wink).

Your flowers are looking lovely. This is my first year with the boys at school full-time, so I'm still trying to figure out my routine.
