Oooooooops , I did it ...... again

You know how it goes: you are a crazy lady who is attracted by big projects then it is an agony to finish them BUT you are too proud to put them yourself in the UFO bin (you prefer they slip there by accident ) What you have to understand is that it is NOT my fault at all . I don't know how this little kit arrived in front of my eyes (what? that ebay purchase that I did may have helped ? Umm, maybe ... but that's not the point!) So, that little tiny kit was in front of my eyes and minutes later I was digging in my fabric treasure chest. Once again,I was the victim of cuteness. And if you've been a victim yourself in the past, you understand me, right? So I started this 7 X 5 ( you see, I'm very reasonnable )

It was hard to choose the right fabric for this design. I decided to choose a small solo from Silkweaver. It is one of these solos you wonder what you're going to do with it. So the color is close to bird's color. It is like an experiment for me.

Marita, you're going to laugh: my new stash (the Lanarte flowers) size is 50 X 60 cm

Debbie left a comment that really hit home: Isn't it a shame that flowers always seem to be accompanied by leaves? She's right: what don't they create flowers without leaves like they created cats without hairs?

LOL! You're too funny with your new starts. You're getting *almost* as bad as me.

Your new start is darling and the fabric looks perfect.

Yea...I know all about it. I have a drawer FULL of cutenes that made it's way into my collection. I always think that someday before I'm dead, I will get around to them, LOL.

Chckadee looks good so far!

Oh gosh you are too funny! However I myself have decided to start something new (just for a few hours... days..) then put it away until I have finished something!!

I like the fabric you have chosen I think it will be really pretty.

I can see how the cuteness would win you over!

Are you trying to compete with Britney Spears???? ;o) I think you were very reasonable. Having a smaller project in between might help give you a positive boost.

Very sweet pattern and I like it on that fabric so far.

Again, you have me in giggles :o)

You make me laugh. That flower design is gorgeous, even with all that 'green', (by the way green is my favourite color LOL). Your little bird is looking great, and I love your choice of fabric.
