It's monday !!!!

We broke a record yesterday: 80 visitors in one day Unfortunately, the shy people remained shy and no new friend wrote a comment beside brokenfairy who stopped to say hi. I'm a little disapointed as I thought people would be kind enough to say a little hello. If you look at the flags on the right, you would see I have readers from all over the world. Isn't it great stitching can interest so many people from so many different countries? Anyway, thanks a lot to my faithful readers who let such sweet comments yesterday. You made my day !!! So tell me, how did it work on your blog? Did you get a lot of new people come through?

Still working on the rose bush ... Still pretty boring and I'm not sure you will see any change ... I put a picture anyway: just in case you have a very good eye sight I still need to stitch more white roses ...

Starting today, we have a new routine: every morning, I go to my friend Astrid's house and I do some kind of homeschooling for her daughters and mine. I also prepare something for Pierre. Back to school is in 2 weeks already I don't feel the summer is too long (I just wish the sun can be here to make us feel more like summer and less like fall ... )

I just found out my friend
laurence has a blog so check it out !!

Hi Chiloe,

I come and visit every day and I think your stitching is beautiful! I started visiting your blog when you were stitching the Lanarte white vase design and now visit your blog almost every day. I am a big fan of Lanarte too and enjoy seeing your quick progress on all your projects. I didn't comment yesterday because it was Monday for me (in NZ) and Mondays are always hard!! Sorry!!

I visit your blog fairly often. Sometimes I leave a comment sometimes I don't. I know what you mean about wanting to hear from people who read your blog. Some people just read and don't post. And you wish they would. One thing is for sure though, if they didn't like your blog they wouldn't come back, so you can figure they like your blog. I love seeing your progress on your WIP it's coming along nice.

I did have a couple of new faces and now I've added them to my reader. I really enjoy "meeting" new bloggers!

Hi Chiloe,
I really like your current project. Could you tell me the name please. I didn't leave a coment yesterday because Bloger would not let me open the comment window. So some times I just have to go back to work.
Enjoy you blog and visit often.

That is such a pretty piece, but with all the color changes it would take longer for sections to develop. Home schooling sounds like a great way to start easing them back into getting ready for school. School starts here next week.

I get less than 1 comment per 10 visitors, so don't be too disappointed, Chiloe!

Your WIP is looking gorgeous Chiloe.

I get quite a lot of visitors but not all comment. Sometimes I find people comment much less. Lately it seems to have been much quieter. Maybe it's the school holidays.

That's cool you are getting some new visitors. And I am glad you are using your teaching skills to help the little ones prepare. What fun!

Actually, I had a few new people speak up which was really nice :o) The comments were no where near what my stats showed though.

Awesome! The roses look so lovely :o)
