08.08.08

This is a date that works for everybody in the world And it was the opening of the olympics. I did watch it and really liked it.

Edit:
Apparently, ABC chose not to show it live in the US. It's a pity because it was a really beautiful show. I know it is going to be on tonight so don't miss it: the end id amazing !!! By the way, it seems the USA were the only country that chose to not show it live.

The little boy has almost a head. He doesn't seem to suffer

Have you noticed my new ticker? Yes, my baby is going to start school on september. Already ... French kids start school at 3 years old. Most of them go from 8.30 to 11.30 am (but when the parents work, they also go in the afternoon from 1.30 to 4.30 pm) It is not mandatory but once they are registered, school becomes mandatory. I don't know if he's ready. He seems happy to go there and has met his teacher already. For me, it's hard to believe that he's already 3 and close to start school ... Can someone slow down the time please ?

Wow, and I thought that the four years of age that kids begin school here was early. Three?! Holy smokes.

Your WIP is looking fantastic!

I am one of the many people who are bocotting the olympics this year. I feel that hosting it in a country such as China is a farce in a country does not beleive in the freedom nor the true spirit/idea behind the olympic games.

Wow three is young. Then again we have 3 year old pre-school here which is optional but for those who attend it is technically the beginning of their formal education. However ours is only 4 hours a week.

Can't believe he is getting so big.

Time flies by so quickly with little ones. Only you know if he is ready. Boys do not mature as quickly as girls but I plan on starting Hannah at 3 here for pre school. Then she'll be four for kindergarten. That is of course if she seems ready!
