Who would have thought ...

that one day I will buy a chart from Little house of Needleworks? Well, miracle do happen ladies I was at my LNS checking around when I saw that:

It's called " the old west". I bought it because Chuy and I met in Santa Fe, New Mexico and used to live in Texas. It should look great on a silkweaver fabric

Daffycat left a comment on my blog yesterday so as curious as I am, I went to check her blog. She just bought a new chart that caught my eyes right away .

Summer joy:

I also fell in love with autumn thanks:

It's funny because I already knew their fruits serie but was not too attracted by them. I ordered those on ebay today for $3.50 each. I can't wait to get them!!! One question: do they require charms?

Emma is feeling better. Thanks for your nice comments yesterday. She was sad because of her father's day gift though ... Tomorrow she was invited to a birthday party but she won't go. Anyway, I was not pleased with the invitation. The little girl came to me the other day and told me: " Emma is invited to my birhtday but I forgot her invitation at home so I gave Maya's invitation who cannot come" I really got the feeling the other girl couldn't come so she invited Emma ... Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think so ...

Those charts do call for charms, but I've seen them stitched without the charms and they look fine, IMHO. Have fun!

Glad to hear Emma is feeling better. The charts are pretty. I just recently bought the Old West one and hope to do it sometime soon.

UUgH! Little girls can be such catty brats. Can't wait to deal with that kind of stuff when Hannah gets older. Your hunch is probably right. P.s. where is a pic of the old west?

Girls can be such pains.

Congratulations on your great stash! I wasn't trying to enable; it just happens.

There are charms sold for the charts. I would think you should be able to find charm packs easily but you don't HAVE to use them you could substitute the charms or leave them off.

I know Summer Joy does not list a DMC equivalent for the Gentle Arts threads but there are lots of conversion tables to be found online.

Have fun with your new charts!

LOL! Congratulations on buying your first LHN. In my experience, after the first, there will be a second, third, forth... They're pretty addictive ^.^

Glad that Emma is feeling better :)

Congrats on your new stash! Woo hoo! Enjoy! :-)

Sorry about the party invitation, but I agree with you. Kids can be so mean sometimes, especially girls. *hugs for her*
