Beautiful

That's really what I think about my cross stitch. The colors are so bright , so christmas. It even looks much better than the picture on the kit. If you like that design, don't hesitate to buy it. You won't be disappointed As you can see, I stitched a little more on the hat, did some backstitch to bring life to the design. And I started to work on Santa's shoulder and hand. Behind Santa, there is his armchair and the background. I'll keep those for the end. I'm going down on the left now : his hand, arm and a little bit of the armchair. Then I'll take care of what is left. I'm wondering if I haven't done 70% of the pattern now. By the way, how people who put the % on their blog know for sure? Do they use math or do they do like me? (I'm just guessing... )

Pierre and Emma spent the night at their grand parents' house. They enjoy so much going there. I guess they especially enjoy the spoiling It's also amazing to see how Esteban is different when his brother and sister are not around: he talks more, is calmer.

This morning we went to get some groceries. I'd like to eat healthier but I have a major problem : I've always been a picky eater and still am. So ladies, if your kids are picky eaters, there are a lot of chances, they'll stay that way. Actually some tastes feel really strong in my mouth: onion, alcohol (I never drink any - it feels too sour) Pierre is the same way: since he's a baby, there are a lot of things he cannot eat. Anyway, I have trouble eating fruits and vegetables (everything that is good for us...) My goal is to start by eating more summer fruits: peaches, cherries, apricots, etc... We'll see if I succeed ...

Your stitching is beautiful!
I mark my chart into sections so I can guess pretty easily how much I've done as a %

I too am a picky eater. I wont eat meat unless I can see every little bit of it in case there's any fat, grizzle or veins in it. If there is I just can't touch it. I only just since I was pregnant started eating veg. I do eat fruit though, but not as often as I should. I hate alcohol too - it is far to bitter yuk!

I'm another who has to examine meat before I can eat it, and as a result rarely eat meat.

Your stitching looks beautiful.

I use percentage bars on my blog. I count the 10x10 squares on the chart, and I work by calculating the squares that I have completed (if they are partial they don't count). So the percentages I have are pretty accurate, because I'm anal that way. I can get rather obsessive about them.

Now I sound like a nut job :p
