My scale hates me !!!!

So two weeks after my last weight in party, I did it again this morning and I lost a grand total of 200 grams It's not even half a pound Let me tell you, you have to be strong to keep exercising with these tiny results ... I know, I'm not on a diet but I do try to make healthier choices most of the time. WW seems great but the meetings are too expensive for me (so is the gym). On the positive side (I got to find one, right? ) I lost 3 centimeters around my waist and you can now see that I do actually have muscles in my calves. Why do I say my scale hates me? Because I have one of these electronic scales that tell you all about your BMI and tells you if your stable, gain more muscles, more fat or loose something (anything). Mine says I'm stable ! How can I be stable if I exercise regularly? Here is the beast (where is the hammer? ) :
I exercised on sunday and this morning: I did the Leslie ansone 5 miles DVD again! It's hard but I finished it !!! Yeah to me !!!

Wanna see my cross stitch progress? Not bad for a cold grey week end
Details:
I have to admit I have stitched ALL the fun colors now and I am now left with the greens and one over two .... It's going to be hard to finish ...

But it's so pretty! Keep exercising - sometimes it really does take a while to show up. You're doing great!
I'm going to be getting busy with my own healthy start, too - I really need it! LOL

You've said goodbye to half a pound. It could have been better, yes, but keep in mind it could have been a gain! Slow and steady is really the best way with weight loss.

Any Weight Watcher information you need you can find on line. There are links to points calculators. If you need anything, don't hesitate to e-mail me. I have a lot of information that might of use to you.

Love the stiching, of course.

Keep on exercising! It will make you feel better and before you know it your clothes will be too big for you. That being said, I'm going to start walking everyday after I get the kids picked up by the bus and dropped off at school. I think it will be my only exercise for a little while but every little bit counts right?!?!?!

I know it can be discouraging to keep exercising and not lose weight. Like I said before - you will lose inches and resculpt your body. To lose significant amounts of weight, you really do need to cut down significantly. The most important part of the whole equation is that your body will be healthier!!! Try not to get too whacked out about the scale and just know that you are doing good things for your body and you are setting a good example for your kids, too! Also, imagine what would be happening to your body if you weren't exercising? Keep up the good work. You will never be sorry that you kept up the exercise!!

Hang in there-some of us struggle more than others with weight! Congrats on exercising. I am out to walk right after this! The fuschia is lovely!

Throw out that scale! NOW! The amount lost from around your waist is more important and you're doing a great job :o) Keep it up!

Don't quit your Fushias either. The green will go by quick :o)

Don't lose hope with the weight loss. You'll get it. Maybe you need to tone more now so you can drop more weight?

Your flowers are beautiful, keep at it!
