Look at me

Says the bunny girl:

What bothers me with this design is that what you see is not what you get: by this, I mean the backstitch on the picture is not the backstitch on the chart So while I stitch, I check the picture to see what will be better on the design ...

I haven't had time to tell you all about my trip. Today, I updated my
photo album and this took some time ... I added the all new Eskimo kiss. I created new albums for the Butterfly by Nimue and I put all the gifts I got in my christmas exchange. I didn't forget to add the christmas cards exchange I received!

Thanks for your comments on my finishes. I think it's the first year I do have a lot of finishes and not a lot of WIP ... I hope I'll keep this path

He is as cute as can be! It is so frustrating when the backstitching on the pic and the design are different. Good look to you on getting the look you want.

First, congratulations on your finishes below. Every one is gorgeous.

Yes, thank you, I had found the "Be Glad" charts and have tucked them away. I left a note in her guestbook thanking her for sharing, but it was in English. Hope she can is more multilingual than I.

And yes, I had got to the other site as well. Her designs, as are so many of the designs on the French sites I've been enjoying, are exquisite.

I did manage to order the Victoria Sampler Heirloom chart directly from Canada, too. I would love to do just the tree, perhaps as a scrapbook cover, for my mother's birthday or Mother's Day. We'll see how things go.

Right now I'm frogging - big time - on the Firefly Faeries. I think I'm close to "fixing" the problem. Same as always, with my vision problems it's really easy to skip over a strand which usually means a whole section (or in this case, two or three) have to come apart and move over. If I could just skip TWO strands each time I could fake it and fill in, but just one strand...

Well, anyway, thanks for pushing me into better and better places (although I hear you giggling at me all the way across an ocean and a continent!
