Stash ahead

You may remember I am on a stash diet but like for every diet , there are some missteps ... First, I couldn't resist on this cute Lanarte chinese woman. Wouldn't she look great on a nice Silkweaver fabric?

Then, I didn't resist this used chart of Madame la Fée. I said used but actually, the stitcher didn't stitch it so the key charm and a tiny buttom are still there !!!

And yes, I went back to stitching so I have something to show you. Not too much but it's hard to see any progress.

I think Kathy A. is right: during spring time, it's hard to keep our mojo. I planted some seeds at the begining of april and as you can see, they are growing well ( they are in those small boxes.)
I'm hoping to get a beautiful garden this summer. Unfortunately, we are going backward as the sunny warm weather is gone and winter seems to have decided he was not yet ready to leave us ...

Thanks for reading me.

Beautiful stash and lovely progress made.
Just like Annette said, it looks like fall over here-dark, wet and very windy! Poor tourist-as we have lots around due to spring break.

I love Madame La Fee !
and your seedlings look nice and fresh, I better not let Rinus see them, he might decide to come over and have a nibble !

Great stash!

It is hard to stay indoors when the sunshine is calling. I hope your weather gets Spring-like very soon!

I love your selection of projects. They all seem so lovely ones to do. Am so inspired that right now am googling on sites to order Lanarte pictures myself :)

Chiloe any good diet should allow you a taste of the things you enjoy. Or you should take my approach... find that most of the new designs coming out don't appeal to you! That's my thing, I find none of the new stuff coming out catches my interest.

Your WIP is looking lovely!

It is hard to be inside stitching when the weather outside is nice.

Our warm summer weather has only just started to disappear properly, we've had weeks longer of warm weather than is usual. The whole world seems to be going topsy turvy weather wise.

Our weather has also gone backwards - cold, wet and windy here! Brr. I really hope to work in our garden this weekend, but it's not looking very promising. Your seedlings look wonderful - what are they?? And your stitching looks great, too. I love the pics of the kids in your last post - gosh, they sure do grow up FAST don't they???

Nice stash and lovely stitching! Our weather is a bit odd as well. Lately our warm weather hasn't wanted to let go and some days it can almost be hot.

We're allowed to fall off the wagon every once in awhile :) Especially for those wonderful patterns!!!!

You really have an attachment to the Lanarte patterns! She looks lovely. We too have gone backwards in our weather....I think we are getting April Showers in May.

Well Chiloe, I never go on a stash diet ;) There are too many nice cross stitching and I even enjoy of just having them and looking in my stash box. I do stitch every day, but I don't worry if I won't be able to finish it all. At least I have the kits that I wanted. If some of them aren't available anymore, I would feel sorry about it afterwards, which I have already with some kits :(
