I feel I'm slow in my progress but I'm progresssing ! 
I'm trying to stitch the flowers and I'm almost done with them but they do need backstitching. Soon the whole piece won't fit in my scaner. I guess that's a good sign, isn't it? The pleasure of stitching that piece came back. (we'll see what I'll say when I'll stitch the wings ... ) Today it's saturday so we can rest. I don't know for the kids but it's hard for me to adjust for those early get up
I started setting off the alarm clock at 7.30 but it's too late. So I decided 7.10 will be a better option but it's still hard to find the energy to get off the bed 
Silkweaver has a back to school sale and I've been a good girl: I didn't buy ANYTHING
I'll wait for my FOTM fabrics - it still a cheaper option even though I was very tempted to indulge and get 3 more beautiful fabrics: just for the fun of it
